Any weight loss / muscle building advice for a 25 year old who is 20lbs overweight?

I've been in better shape in the past and kind of let things slide. I'm curious about all aspects- eating habits, sleep, work-out, supplements, etc. What is the best idea/advice you've gotten. What, how often and stopping before you are full is key. Also, what foods you eat in combination with each other. This diet is easy to follow, simple to do, perfect for on the go or taking it with you, and you'll see very quick results. Once you do it, you have it for life! It's that wonderful.
Here's a good resource that helped me.. It gave me a full workout and healthy eating guidance and showed me what I was doing wrong before... it does cost money, but its a drop in the ocean if u ask me... goodluck

Forget the suppliments, they aren't going to do it! You need to choose healthy foods and you wont feel hungry anymore.
