Tell her you don't date co-workers that it makes it too hard at work. Especially if you end up on not so good terms. It is a good policy not to bring romance into the workplace. Now if you have already dated someone you work with and she knows it, then just say how that changed things for you and you no longer do it. Now I still wonder why you say you will have to have sex with her?? Also do you like her? If so then don't let the weight issue stand in the way. I never thought I'd date someone who is on the heavy side. But I did and guess what he is the best thing that has ever happened to me and we have been seeing each other almost 2 years!
If you aren''t attracted, that is a valid reason to say ';No';.
If she is pestering you to ';date'; ask her to stop and inform her that it is sexual harassment and you will report her if she continues. That should take care of it. However, if it doesn't, you will need proof to take to your manager, dates and times and when you asked her to stop should be sufficient.

send her my way I have a guy friend that's hung up on me but should be going for heavier as he is and younger near his age more.... and eventually I had to get the truth to him.... and the next month I finally saw him, bumping accidentally into each other at the same resturant....on a few dates. with girls he actually looked cute with, and they looked like a couple and he looked happier.
So don't worry she will move on.
What do you mean what should you do?!!? Be a man! That's what you should do. If you don't like her and don't want to go out with her then stand your ground. Let her know that she's not your type and you're not interested. Don't be bullied or cajoled into dating a girl you're not attracted to. In the long run you would probably never get rid of her if you do go out with her. You want to be haunted by her and possibly stalked then go out with her. If not then again, BE A MAN! Trust. ';-()
