I have until Oct. 18 to get ready for a Taekwando tournament after a 2 year hiatus from competition. Advice?

Between work and school, it's been all I can do to work out, and i have not had time to compete at all. My technique is fine, but I am worried that I am going to be too rusty when it comes to fighting in a tournament. I've been in a bunch, and it is completely different than fighting in class. What can I do to make sure I am ready to come back?I have until Oct. 18 to get ready for a Taekwando tournament after a 2 year hiatus from competition. Advice?
I competed actively from 1986 - 1993. Then I stopped competing until October of 2007 and did really well.

I suggest you train as much as you can. Spar if you can, but training will help too if you have competed before.

Good luck!
