Any advice for someone who wants to buy used computer parts off of Craigslist?

I'm putting together a gaming computer but want to cut costs by buying used parts from Craigslist. Any tips?

First, there is a great site to use called pricewatch.com. It's very simple looking but I have bought many many parts using this because it finds you the cheapest price for actually specific stuff. Craigslist is great, and I use it all the time but you have to know what you want. Then, look under the for sale section.
