Do you have any advice on how to land a Waltz Jump?

What kind of stretches/exercises could I do and how many times a week? Plz help! =]Do you have any advice on how to land a Waltz Jump?
Start by holding your landing position for at least 10 seconds to strengthen your legs. DEFENITELY practice on the floor A LOT. if i didn't, i probably would have never landed my axel! do stretches like trying to touch the floor, opening up your legs on the floor and reaching for one side at a time, squats to strengthen the leg muscles and lunges across the floor. and also try jumping straight up 2x, arms tucked in then come out into landing position. I hoped i helped and good luck!Do you have any advice on how to land a Waltz Jump?
Assuming that you are a counter clockwise skater (righty) do some powerful left over right back x-overs and then hold your right back outside edge with your free leg extended and left arm in front, right arm to the side (your arms should make an L position). This is your landing position - the stronger you can make this position the easier it will be to 'hit it' when you land. The hardest part of this position is extending the free leg while keeping the skating leg bent.
I completely agree with the person above. I don't think there is anything they missed.
